On services, more than 2 hours, 72 hours notice is required for cancellation. A 100% charge of the total bill will be charged to your account

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

As a professional Hair Designer, my personal and professional income is based solely upon services provided to YOU, my clients. Arriving on time for your scheduled professional service ensures the proper time necessary to comfortably complete your services and the services of others as they arrive on schedule throughout the day. Missed appointments cause another client to miss out on that scheduled time.
